Avengers was a ton of fun but it isn't best picture stuff, I think Les Miserables or The Master will squeeze the win.

$100m will not be an epic fail but it surely will not be the rousing finish Universal was hoping for. If it gets to $125m or so, then a sequel for Cross might be justified. Of course OS can change all that.

Well they didn't do a good job of it did they. Mixed WOM means this will have none of the original legs and nor the excitement for a sequel.

The Bourne Identity's adjusted opening weekend was $37.4m, BL barely crossed it.

I loved the pilot but didn't get a chance to watch the rest of the season. -
It will be interesting to see whether BL crosses the original's $121m.
