    The Frozen soundtrack jumped to #1 on iTunes this morning, and all versions of Idina's "Let It Go" combine to a #10 position on the singles chart.

    It didn't happen close to them, so they don't think about it as much as we do. A theater shooting that happened in the UK, for example, wouldn't have any effect in the US either.

    That new guy in the Step Up movie is fine as hell.

    TDK had the perfect storm of interest and was also a BELOVED film. Why in the hell does that mean that the follow-up wouldn't show out opening weekend? I call BS.

    Sigh. Can't believe Brave is going to lose the summer to Madagascar 3.

    Rihanna's album released in November. The only high profile album release this year has been Adele, due to the spillover from 2011 and her sweeping of the Whitney Houston-boosted Grammy Awards in February.

    It's taken her 8 top 5 singles, a re-release and two years of absolute, non-stop promotion to get to 2.2 million.Gaga's "disappointing" Born This Way album has still outsold her (with only three top 10 radio singles) and has absolutely annihilated her globally.

    That show died the second it was brought back in 2005. American Dad only got better over the seasons, Family Guy got progressively worse.

    Brave has a lower second weekend than Madagascar 3.

    No one knew who Tom Hardy was before 2010. How could he be a big draw now?

    WOW. I doubt all three will get over $30 million, but what a great weekend regardless!

    The only thing I really hate about BOM/BOT forums is the incessant need for short-cutting movie titles. I hate having to sit and wonder what "TTSS" stands for.

    Why does it matter what your personal feelings are toward Margaret Thatcher? I'm going to see it for Meryl Streep's performance, plain and simple.
