  1. Enter Batman Returns. :PLoved the trailer, pleasantly suprised and relieved by Anne.
  2. Captain America SteelbookDidn't care for the movie but this SB was too sexy to turn down.
  3. I like my favourite movies and filmmakers to be rewarded as much as the next guy but some people take these awards way too seriously.
  4. Doesn't look like there's much of a core there but I'm excited if only because it's stop-motion.
  5. It's fantastic. If it had artwork on the inside it would be perfect.
  6. Under Harvey Weinstein, Potter would have won around 20 by now.
  7. SM2's VFX is a bit dated and inconsistent, but overall what they accomplished with Doc Ock's arms was stunning. There are so many CG shots in that movie I'd swear were practically done.

  9. Beyond jealous, Patrick Doyle visited my university a few days back and a bunch of my friends got to meet him. Brave score is very celtic, with gaelic vocalists and bagpipes.
  10. Hmm, Nikki just tweeted this list.“Captain America: The First Avenger”“Cowboys & Aliens”“Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2″“Hugo”“Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol”“Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”“Real Steel”“Rise of the Planet of the Apes”“Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows”“Sucker Punch”“Super 8″“Thor”“Transformers: Dark of the Moon”“The Tree of Life”“X-Men: First Class”#confused
  11. Indeed. Car crash TV every single week, and I love it.
  12. Apes will have taken over CA the next time it's numbers are updated. :D :D
  13. Bland hero, bland villain and bland visuals. Bland.
  14. 1. Dark Shadows2. The Hunger Games3. The Dark Knight Rises4. Frankenweenie5. The Avengers6. War Horse7. Brave8. Skyfall9. Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter10. Gravity
  15. It was great until they started adding all those girlfriends which ruined it IMO.Still infinitely superior to the seriously lame 'How I Met Your Mother'.
  16. "Well, I just wanted to let everyone know that we have a new student joining us. She just moved here all the way from Africa." "Welcome!" "...I'm from Michigan..." "....great..."
  17. My favourite track of the series is probably 'Golden Egg' for pure unabashed, old-fashioned brass writing.Honourable mentions to 'Resurrection Stone', 'Voldemort' (GOF), 'Buckbeak's Flight' and 'Leaving Hogwats'.Fawkes' theme is my favourite of the series.
