I'm not sure I understand but you can only accept each bet offer only once.

 

Example:

 

If I bet five people that IW will make 700 m, you can only take that bet once from me.

 

If WrathOfHan offers the same bet to six people, you can also take that bet from him but only once.

 

And so forth.
