Fullbuster
It's Run in Russian has been insane. The Dame rules Russia so we should have expected it. But those holds have been ridiculous.Yep,rare in Russia for non-animated movies.
Peeta Tong Karanasios
I don't know. She went to Paris (for interviews), not the others. The numbers aren't bad at all, but big hits in these countries could make 20 25 million more each ( then 100 million more total). It could be: taste (they don't about this kind of movies, but Alice, Lord of The rings, The Hobbit, etc. are big hits in some of them), competition (too many blockbusters out there); World Cup, etc.Germany, in particular, don't have big numbers for any movie since the beggining of the year (the last big hit was The wolf of wall Street). at least this weekend it increased in France! Hernan Gonzalez
While it crossed $200M domestically this weekend, Disney‘s Maleficent continued its international run adding $16M in 54 territories (93% of the international marketplace). In its 2nd weekend in China, the film earned $2.6M with a cume there of $38.7M. It’s performing well in a tough spot that saw it sandwiched in between the opening two weeks ago ofGodzilla and this week’s TOAE bow. The overseas total is now $383.7M and the film has become the highest-grossing live-action Angelina Jolie title of all time at home, abroad and combined. The bump this weekend makes it the 4th highest-grossing global release of 2014 behind Captain America: The Winter Soldier, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and X-Men: Days Of Future Past. Maleficent hits its last international market on July 5 when it ventures into Japan.
