RthDeadWov
Hi, can you please give me the source of these numbers? We have some problems exchange rates in Venezuela right now (3 official ER, and 1 Unofficial ER, actually) and I really don't know wich one has being used. We just estimated the ticket price and decided to use the second ER (1USD=12VEF) Thank you. SRG (Studio/distibutor Reported grosses), for example in lc FSOG over 93m Edited April 2, 2015 by RthWillSeeYouNow
druv10
about $us 23.4m ,lc its over 147m That's mighty impressive for BH6. 30M might be possible for TA2.
Fullbuster
about $us 23.4m ,lc its over 147m WHAT???? $23m for BH6 in Venezuela, I completely missed this o_o It's absolutely huge o_o $30m for The Avengers 2???
A District 3 Engineer
I'm out. 20m.
keysersoze123
Aren't animation movies more popular than SH movies in Venezuela. So beating BH6 may not be that easy for A2. How much did A1 gross in Venezuela.
A District 3 Engineer
14.5m Animated movies got incredibles revenues here. 2010 top3: tangled, toy story 3, Shrek EA. 2011: Kung Fu panda, Rio, the smurf. 2012: Ice age CD, the avengers, Madagascar 3. 2013: Papita...(Not animated local movie), Frozen, iron man 3. 2014: Maleficent (25.4m), bh6 (23.4m), Rio 2 (15.9m) Edited April 3, 2015 by A District 3 Engineer

Then 30m is impossible for A2. That is too big a jump. Currency has depreciated more than 30% since 2012. It needs 3x jump in lc to hit 30m. I think 20m based on how CA2 and GOTG did( 10-11M USD with similar exchange rates).

A District 3 Engineer
I'm sorry if I can't give you a better answer but my english is not that good. We have exchange rates problems here in Venezuela bc we have two official Exchanges (1 USD=6.3VEF; 1USD=12VEF) and right now we don't know which one are using the Studios/Distributors. (we also had another devaluation last february) Until last year, BOM was updating the Venezuelan BO weekly, they were using our first ER (6.3), but they stopped doing it and now the only source we have provides us only admissions. According to that source, e.g FSOG admissions as of march 29th was 779.180 sold tickets. If we calculate tickets with our first ER, the price will be $28,57 now (we also have inflation problems, and our ticket prices had increased a lot!) If we calculate tickets with the second one, then it will be $15. I decided to used that second one (I personally prefer admissions rather to revenues, but everyone here seems to be obsessed with dollars ) and this is what I got: Fsog: $11.68m But RTH posted that actually, 50SoG was $14.7m instead of what I estimated. So I don't know if they are using our first ER (6.3), or if they are using our second one ($12), or if they are calculating ticket price different. I really don't know. So what I posted was just an estimate (at least the total gross, Admissions are ok), and it shouldn't be taken as official, (I guess I should clarified that). I hope you had understood my explanation. Edited April 3, 2015 by A District 3 Engineer
