Empire Posted August 5, 2014 Share Posted August 5, 2014 I am finally going to do my small panel now. 0:01 - Public Pictures Panel is just about to start and it looks like there is about 5 people in attendance. It makes sense though since their panel is late and comic con has been over for two days. 0:04 - The panel is starting with the head of Public Pictures taking the stage. 0:05 - He apologizes for the panel being late and says that it is his fault. He says that after he looked at Epicer Chase's box office numbers and saw how bad they were, he went out and drowned his sorrows with a night at the bar and ended up getting really drunk. He only just woke up earlier today. Says it won't happen ever again. 0:07 - As he is talking Michael Bay enters the room. 0:08 - He is talking about the Epic Chase series. Says that even though the numbers for Epicer Chase are bad, Epicest Chase will still happen and it will be split into two movies. 0:09 - Bay explains that he wants to finish the series, so he is going to help fund the movies with his own money. Empire Posted August 5, 2014 Share Posted August 5, 2014 0:11 - The head of Public Pictures is getting ready to make a few surprise announcements. 0:12 - He announces that they acquired the rights to Fear Agent and the first movie will come out Year 11 or 12. 0:14 - He then asks a special guest to come on stage. However, he is informed that he left two days ago since he thought their con was going to be on Sunday. 0:15 - Once he is informed the guest isn't going to be here, he goes ahead and makes the announcement himself. 0:16 - He says they have signed Chris Evans to a 3 picture directorial deal and the first movie will come out later this year. It is a small indie drama staring him. Few detail were shared, but it will be called Pizza Parlor. 0:18 - After this, there other is there, so he comes out on stage. It is Jon Hamm. 0:19 - Hamm announces that he will be making his film directorial debut for Public Pictures and it will be a sports drama called Game 6 about Game 6 of the 2011 World Series between the Cardinals and Rangers. 0:20 - The movie will come out next October and it will star Zac Efron as David Freese. The art is a picture of a Robot Version of Kanye West. It is in 2D and the image looked hilarious. 0:23 - It is earlier in development, so this is all they have to show from it. 0:24 - The main voice cast was announced. Empire Posted August 5, 2014 Share Posted August 5, 2014 0:28 - The panel was about to end, but right before it did, The Rock surprisingly showed up. 0:29 - He went over to the head of Public Picture, shook his hand, but then picked him up, and quickly gave him a Rock Bottom through the table he was sitting behind. The 5 people in attendance loved this and started cheering like mad. 0:32 - The Rock then tell people that Epicer Chase is still and theaters and they all need to go see it like 10 more times. 0:35 - He exits the stage walking over the lifeless body of the public pictures studio head.
