I think demography is stable thanks to immigrants

A sizable part of these immigrants don't speak German, and another part has a limited German. They won't go in the cinemas to watch movies.

And the number of births is not really altered by this influx of immigrants, it's still very low mainly because most of these immigrants are there for a job, not for founding a family.

Its already evening on 22nd in Philipphines, Taiwan and Indonesia. You must have at least early figures by now.

Not every market provides real time update for numbers. So you have to wait until we get some update. Korea opens tomorrow and we normally get numbers close to midnight. We should get Paris 2PM number hopefully by evening paris time.

Only hope beyond that is RTH provides any updates. But that is more likely on thursday.

I wish every market tracked like SK. We get presales, admissions and in a timely manner to boot.

Actually China is the best as Olive provides OD trend as the day progresses. Korea is very good in giving us actual admissions by midnight. No other market comes close. Domestically we get updates only for friday.

I think SK could also provide real-time data especially since presales are tracked 24 hrs a day.

I am thinking gross in euros will drop with lower 3d share.

The Avengers 2 got the biggest start of the year today in Paris at 2pm according to preliminary numbers, getting 6.586 admissions from 24 copies, giving it an average of 274 people per copy.

AVENGERS IS BEATEN : IT GOT 5.922 admissions in Paris at 2pm in 2012

How's the French exchange rate? Can it match the first in dollars if admissions is better?

Euro currency in

April 2012 => €1 = $1.32

Yesterday => €1 = $1.07

Value of the Euro against the USD= -19%

The inflation has been very low these last few years, it's even decreasing this year so inflation won't help mitigate the loss, at least not much.

TA1 got 4.5m admissions, it would at least need 5.1m admissions to have a similar gross in $, that won't be easy but it's doable.
