Half the stuff we think is a given won't even be nominated. Awards are even more fickle than box office.

The proximity of release to each other. We will have roughly 8-10 biopics, all of them prestige oscar bait pictures released in roughly 7 weeks. And then people will wonder why no one seems to go watch the Oscar movies. Spread them out like the CBM's. Even at their peak release based on the calendar for the next 5 years, we don't have more than 2 CBMs in a 8 week window at any point.
