I love how everyone complains about lack of diversity but somehow Latino and Mexican directors don't count?

it's like sasha stone is always banging the diversity drum but I was linked an article of hers that was super xenophobic. complaining about how AMERICANS haven't won best director in 5 years. like, you'd think she'd be happy that people like Ang Lee and Alfonso Cuaron are winning that award?
