marveldcfox Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 So this will be the June 24 movie that will get rave reviews while the big budget sequel will get trashed because of the inherent bias of critics with those type of films. Quote
Jake Gittes Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 Yeah, the bias of all those critics who loved the latest Marvel movie and trashed Refn's last 1 Quote

RichWS Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 I'm sure the worse the reception at Cannes is, the more I'll love this. 1 Quote
Popcorn Lobotomy Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 I think the trailer looks awesome. Like many here, loved Drive, didn't get much out of Only God Forgives. I started watching Bronson a couple of nights ago and liked it, but it just kinda lost me and I ended up doing other stuff. I'll probably like it when I get back to it and focus. This trailer, though, gives me chills. The music and visuals are just amazing. Doesn't mean it'll be a good movie, but I've got my fingers crossed. Quote

La Binoche Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 It just screened @ Cannes. This is the critic for The Telegraph: Robbie Collin @robbiereviews 4m4 minutes ago Ahahaha how do I even review that now? It's basically Death Becomes Her with explicit lesbian necrophilia Quote
JohnnyGossamer Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 Death Becomes Her... Criminally undervalued. 1 Quote

Refn and Trank should team up to fuck with everyone. Now that would be something. Edited May 19, 2016 by marveldcfox Quote
