Foreign sales at $50m helped (wonder how big their loss was combined)  them out a lot with the Foreign Box Office landing at just over that.  Also only on the hook for domestic P&A. 

 

Yet they still have a $83m projected loss on a $100m movie they go $50m back on.  Yikes.

Shay's problem is his shtick has gotten old and predictable. Take a movie that looks terrible and everybody thinks will bomb, praise the hell out of it, attack people for daring to criticize it, and sit back and watch the fun.

This lost whatever entertainment value it had a long time ago.
