To me JW and Fast 7 fall with TA and Avatar.

 

They are just really hit the right notes and please the masses.

 

The difference is other than Avatar they were huge out of the gate. Nobody really knows if they hit the right notes, not until wom spreads.

Why do you do that?  The Saturday number is not way lower than 70.  RTH says it's 70, it's 70.  They are just giving it a bigger Sunday drop than they should.

I have a hard time believing it dropped harder then TA. 

 

Sure TA Sunday is all time biggest in ticket sold so its really big but still.

TA beat DH2 by 40M OW, so they didn't have to be careful reporting estimates!

I thought JW needed a $73M+ Saturday to safely clinch the OW record. Now that it did just over/under $70M, it's going be exexciting.

NBA Finals ratings are the highest in a decade.  The winner of tonight's Game 5 will probably determine the winner.  It's going to get 20+M viewers.  Not to mention GoT season finale.

Because they have the Saturday numbers already and now they are projecting a Sunday number.  It's pretty simple.
