Chef was two movies. And neither movie had a plot worth telling. It's just lucky it had a nifty little script to distract people just enough from that fact.

Bridge of Spies is going to rely more on its legs than its opening but $15 mil would be surprisingly soft if the Deadline estimate holds.

 

Funny that people were losing their chiclets over the Thurs numbers for GB and CP. Relative to their budgets, they're both looking decent if unspectacular.
