It shows a few theaters releasing showtimes for The Force Awakens on midnight Dec 16. A couple of theaters near me have 7-8 shows programmed from midnight Dec 16 onwards at 12am, 12:20am, 3am, 4am, etc. Could Disney be bringing up the release one day in order to match the international release dates since a few countries will get it starting Thursday like France, Australia, Brazil etc.

Well fuck! There goes the opening weekend record hopes. This messes everything up dammit!!

So would this be on Wednesday morning or Tuesday morning? A 5 day opening would be interesting, but there would go the chance at the OW record.

Guys, I'm pretty sure those Star Wars times are a misprint. They're just late-night Thursday times that are being read as Thursday AM instead of Friday AM.

Wow, 8M is great, it will do significantly better than my estimated 14M. I thought it would do awfully, this is kind of okay. WoM will be bad though, legs will collapse imminently.

45-50m DOM seems likely, so it just needs a solid 65m or so OS. Should be very doable.

Damn good numbers for Crimson Peak. Good thing Goosebumps managed to get 2M more than Pan, but it's still too early to say where it could land. 18M is probably the floor at least.
