Finding Dory, Batman VS Superman & Captain America 3. Others will get the $1B mark, too.....but they need more advantages. This year things might return to normal with the biggest movies struggling to cross 1.2 billion.

Transformers grossed 1.1 billion in 2014 but all the other movies except The Hobbit weren't even close to $1B And then, 2015 happened.

Unless China gives them a big boost. It did that with TF4 back in 2014, and with JW, AOU, Minions & FF7 in 2015.
terrestrial
Is that US or UK concerning? Wesley Mead @wesleymead Cineworld aren't showing The Hateful Eight due to distributor disagreement. Wonder about impact on box office?

XXRDJisDoctorDoom
Honestly, I'm more interested in today's number than I was the weekend total. Now that the holidays are over, lets see how it holds. I think we could get over $10 million today and stretch the run to 18 days (though I'm not banking on $10 million, $8.5 million is my early guess).
