That's the best emotional payoff in a major blockbuster film in a very long time. Def alot of sniffles in the audience. Maybe it's because my grandfather was a WWII pilot, but that scene actually really made me feel something.

It seems China and Japan will have to play a role in helping this movie overseas. That's a lot of money to cover, in my view.

John C Reilly's arc had a lot of holes in it, but the final scene was a good payoff.

His ants line was the best in the movie.

 

Tom Hiddleston was really awful in it though. Pretty much could have replaced him with a plank of wood and you'd get a more genuine performance.
