Though there were originally no plans for any sort of exhibition, we've just been informed that TriCrescent Media will be holding what reps are describing as a "low-key press conference" tonight on their upcoming slate. The conference will not be open to the public or feature celebrity appearances or trailers. However, we will be live-tweeting the event. Stay tuned for news as it comes in.

Hyped.

I am glad to see conferences back again.

TriCrescent Media’s press conference is starting. The first part of the conference is going to focus on Red Crescent Pictures. The head of that branch, Xander Newton, is now addressing reporters. #TriCrescentConference

Although they won’t be having a press conference of any sort, Lager Pictures has announced that there will be sneak previews for 2 of their 4 planned releases next year: The Odyssey: Homecoming and One Punch Man. Details on what the sneak strikes peaks will be (cast/crew interviews, teaser trailers, clips, etc.) have yet to be detailed, though it is speculated that at least one of the two films will have footage to show.

July through August has become a clusterfuck of action movies.

Still hyped though.

Lager Pictures has officially released a teaser poster for their upcoming blockbuster tentpole, One Punch Man. According to inside sources, footage from the film is expected to be released sometime this week. It is unknown whether or not the footage will be a short five minute clip, teaser trailer, or full trailer.

The film is shaping up to have one heck of an ensemble cast, mostly comprising of cameos from famous actors. The film will star Taron Egerton as the titular hero and Charlie Heaton as his cyborg disciple, Genos. Other main cast members include Ludi Lin, Anna Kendrick, Ansel Elgort, Harry Styles, Alexander Skarsgard, Margaret Qualley, Jared Leto, Jamie Foxx, Tom Hiddleston, Tadanobu Asano, Jensen Ackles, Billy Magnussen, Tim Robbins, Chow Yun-Fat, and Richard Armitage. The latter is rumored to be playing the role of the main antagonist of the film. The rest of the cast listed are in undisclosed roles as of this moment.

Though the main cast list may seem huge, it is only the tip of the iceberg to the amount of big celebrity cameos filmmakers John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein promise to bring us. One Punch Man is set to hit theaters this summer on July 24th in 3D and IMAX 3D.
