MovieMan89
Jacki Weaver has to be the most undeserving nom this year for me. I mean all she did was stand there with a dumbstruck look on her face in every scene she was in, mouth agape. She was actually the only thing about the movie I flat out disliked. I'm a little enraged they passed up Dench in Skyfall for her. Seriously?? And if it was a really unusual choice they were after, why not Watson for Wallflower? CoolioD1
All I can really remember of Jacki Weaver's performance was the bit where Bradley Cooper accidentally hit her, and I really remember that scene for what Coop and DeNiro were doing, not her. But ah well, good ol' Harvey, I guess.

acsc1312
She had some nice moments (especially in the beginning) and the living room scene, but not worthy if a nom. I like her, though so I'm not too mad.
Sims
Jacki Weaver was exasperated Italian mother #492. She was serviceable but far from nom-worthy.
rockNrollaDIM
Now I want Field to win just for the shitstorm it will ignite here.Me too, I like Sally Field, I hope she wins.

Dench or Watson would have been an awesome choice. Academy made the wrong "quirky" choices!

Blankments
Sally Field had the most overacted performance of 2012. Honestly, Judi Dench in Skyfall was better than her.
Michael Gary Scott
I could think of at least 10 performances better than field
Blankments
Yeah, even an Anne Hathaway double nomination would be better.
4815162342
They should have found a way to nominate the actual best performance by a child actress here: Kara Hayward from Moonrise Kingdom (all apologies to Q Wallis).
riczhang
I could think of at least 10 performances better than fieldyeah. Field was razzie-winner worthy.
Impact
So we have:Catwoman vs. Lois Lane vs. Aunt May :PAnd Field actually did match what the real crazy Ms. Lincoln was like she was good in that part...now overacting-watch Al Pacino
FilmBuff
Anne Hathaway has to be a lock here.

MovieMan89
Me too, I like Sally Field, I hope she wins.I don't like Field normally, but I definitely do in Lincoln, and she gave the stronger performance over Anne, imo.
