There is a chance that The Avengers would have done less OW DOM if it was initially released day-and-date everywhere.This is what I'm starting to believe.The fact that there was already so much demand overseas and DOM, combined with the massive openings that followed, DOM hype and hysteria simply sky rocketed and was bound to increase attention and therefore BO revenues.
