Heretic
I'm planning to, and it'll be my first, and last time to do so for a Twilight film.
iceroll
Phew much better OD for BD2, so the only disappointing markets are Australia and domestic.
Heretic
Leicester Square is sold out again for Skyfall. Found a snapshot of the queue to get in.
Heretic
I think Skyfall's going to have a VERY big increase today.
RthDeadWov
Yep no doubt about OLSquare #1 friday and its so far the only location to have taken more than gbp1m so far
Jonwo
Twilight hasn't got near the same fanbase as HP plus HP like Bond is British so its resonated more with people here. £7m OD is still great,
Jonwo
I'm guessing Skyfall has lost screens to Twilight elsewhere but it seems to be selling well, I'm guessing it should £2.5m today although would be good If it did £3m or more which might be difficult with BD2. iceroll
Better Saturday hold than BD1
Fake
So a 45% drop for Skyfall..... not bad.Good for BD2 as well.
Heretic
Great for BD2 and Skyfall. Another very strong weekend.
Heretic
Pre-sales are looking really strong around my area for The Hobbit. I didn't really expect to see much in the way of pre-sales until a couple of weeks before release, but at my cinema there are a few shows that are already close to selling out.Naturally, the BFI IMAX has nearly sold out OW.
JCS
WOW! That's huge! With the same multiplier as BD1, it'd do £15-15.5m.As expected, £15M was the minimum OW we estimated.£100m is really 50/50 at the moment for Skyfall. It should be around £82.5m after this weekend, so it'd require another £17.5m or so...Going to be very close indeed, much better chance of beating Avatar first so we will see if it does that. How many people on here from the UK have seen BD2, or are planning to?No way, would not pay to see it. JCS
3D.Even without 3D, HP is the bigger and better franchise.Nothing will beat DH2 OD for a very, very long time.
