fmpro
JE and Underworld should give WH a run for number 1 spot..
CJohn
JE will tank in the UK like Hereafter. I can't see Underworld opening in 1st to be honest. Edited January 15, 2012 by CJohn

SchumacherFTW
Wow, I'm sitting waiting for my War Horse show to start in about 10 minutes, and it's about half full. I'm also easily the youngest person here by 20 years at least.

SchumacherFTW
I'm expecting big midweek numbers for War Horse. Packed to the brim at 13:40 and the 16:50 show had a queue as I went in to The Darkest Hour (which has less than 15 people in)
fmpro
Can MI4 still reach 20M?I doubt it..

Heretic
The exchange rate is appalling atm.Not good for summer.Great opening for War Horse however. With legs £15m should definitely be in play.Sherlock Holmes is doing fantastic, could get near £30m but it'll probably fall short.Half Term should be solid in a month or so. PhilipJ2001
I'm surprised War Horse only opened with £3.9m. I suppose my cinema just overperformed on it
fmpro
You're not happy with that number ^^
SchumacherFTW
I'm surprised War Horse only opened with £3.9m. I suppose my cinema just overperformed on it I think there were fewer screens than there should have been. This is the first film since Atonement that both my locals did advance booking and only had one screen on opening weekend.
PhilipJ2001
Yeah i heard that Disney cut back on 35mm copies due to cost (very long film means it costs more to print)
SchumacherFTW
I would have thought most copies of it were digital though to score larger auditoriums (and cost less to distribute)
