Moderation   Okay, we are back in business. And frankly, I think we're done with this whole "Is Marvel dying/dead" discourse here in this thread. It is very obvious that whatever side of the coin you're on, none of you guys will agree with each other. It's very frustrating having to see people ready to pounce on Marvel, desperate to see it bomb, while also seeing people refuse to hear any criticism over their favorite franchise fight back and forth when you know nobody's minds will be

Marvel doesn't need a box office smash right now, but they need a really good movie.

Yeah I got a kick out of that. It'll be good for a chuckle whenever the book is actually shown in the movie.

 

I'm happy for the cast and Peyton Reed here. They're probably stoked that their movie is the real centre of attention right now in Marvel circles, and not just because it's coming out soon. I'm seeing lots of discussion and speculation and excitement over the movie itself and how it sets up the future of the MCU.
