This is likely going to have terrible legs even with it being October/having Friday the 13th in its second weekend. The second and third installments in DGG's Halloween trilogy were at least funny bad at times, this on the other hand just looks and sounds boring, which one could easily argue is worse.

Waiting to see it myself, reviews for Halloween 2018 was kinda great and i though it was okayish, Halloween Ends otherwise was panned and it’s honestly a great movie

I don't believe this will drop *that* much 2nd weekend. Friday the 13th will help. Insidious 5 and Nun 2 were also predicted to drop 65-70% on 2nd weekend, but both dropped only in the 50s. Supernatural horror isn't as frontloaded anymore as it was in pre-COVID times, perhaps.
