Solid day for TG.  An 18% increase in sales is right in line with the comps; they averaged a 16.7% increase on this day with F9 and Ghostbusters hitting over 19% increase.  In my regions, right at 40% of sales are for PLF screens which is inflating the ATP a good bit.

Top Gun 2 acceleration is not bad but slightly below my expectations. Still thinking high teens including early shows for previews. At worst I am expecting low thirties true friday and at best it hits 40m for true friday. Let us see how things go this week. BO wont be boring for sure.

Strange sold lot more of 2d tickets than Bats and TG2 whose sales are dominated by Imax/PLF. So average ticket price is higher for both. So weighted total which takes ticket price would scale up more with Strange than Bats.

Weighted comps factor in the average ticket price.  TG2 and Batman both have much higher priced tickets than Dr Strange.

Weighted by ATP, where lower volume plus extra day/show of PLF pushes up higher. Got it!
