So Sonic Gen but with levels from Shadow The Hedgehog and a little bit of SA2B.

This looks like a smaller scale version of Bowser's Fury. It's basically a Generations port for modern systems with some bonus Shadow stages and boss battles added for the fans.

This ad is so unhinged lmfao

I'm more surprised they have Hey Arnold in a commercial in 2024. Is this soft launching a reboot I'm unaware of?

Heard somewhere that the birthday for Knuckles is tomorrow and that should drop a trailer for the series.

They might save the trailer for both the series and the next movie for Comic-Con. They could then release Knuckles in November to lead into Sonic 3 in December.

Following the news that Jim Carrey will return as Dr. Robotnik, IGN can reveal that Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will also see the additions of Krysten Ritter, Alyla Browne, James Wolk, Sofia Pernas, Cristo Fernández, and Jorma Taccone to its cast.

While we still don't yet know who these newcomers will be playing, we do know they will join returning cast members Jim Carrey, Ben Schwartz, Lee Majdoub, Idris Elba, Colleen O’Shaughnessey, Tom Butler, James Marsden, and Tika Sumpter.

The new cast is led by Krysten Ritter, who previously starred as Jessica Jones in Marvel's Jessica Jones, Jane Margolis in Breaking Bad, and Chloe in Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23. As for who she plays in Sonic 3, there are rumors swirling that she may be the perfect candidate for Rouge the Bat.

Browne is the youngest of the bunch and was seen in The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart, Nine Perfect Strangers, and Three Thousand Years of Longing. She is also set to star as the younger Furiosa in Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga.

In regards to Browne's role, there is a decent chance she plays Sonic Adventure 2's Maria. This is made even more believeable when you take into consideration Shadow the Hedgehog looks to be the biggest new addition to the film, and the recently revealed logo is an homage to Sonic Adventure 2.

That leaves only Shadow's actor as the big mystery surrounding this movie. My guess is he, along with the first trailer, will be revealed at Comic-Con.
