That difference alone would be enough to make its total +800m. Anyway, still a very good result!

Hollywood is losing so much in Latin America right now : with the falling ER in Brazil and Mexico, the collapse of the Venezuelan economy and its currency (the Bolivar lost 99% of its value against the USD!!) and the terrible argentinean economy (Argentine's currency lost 60% of its value) there are terrible headwinds for movies in USD there, some movies lost more than $50m in Latin America because of that..Captain America CW's global BO would be $70m-80m higher without that, that's consequential! Doctor Strange probably lost $45-50m.

Yeah ER is currently looking awful almost everywhere. UK is another example. The pre-Brexit difference is actually HUGE..

Terrible indeed :( If at least there was a few markets with a strong currency to offset that but no, there is none :(

Latin America has the potential to ne as big as North America as a movie market, maybe a bit bigger depending on interest from Latin Americans. It's definitely a promising region, very promising. Brazil alone has the potential to become twice bigger than Japan.
