In one hand , it's good for Migration to have the benefict of Thanksgiving but in other hand , it's not good because he will begin with the final days of Wish , but with 31 days of presales , i think he will have a lot of times in front of him

Mid 40Ms isn't that great tbh. I wasn't expecting a breakout, but thought maybe $70M+ could happen pre-tracking...Shame

I think the mixed reviews have slowed down but it's possible for the movie to make a very good week or final days like Transformers , it's a little too bad they don’t have early access because it could have brought up the presales .

 

EDIT : I think also the fact to have many wide movies at the same movies and especially the fact to have movies which attract the same public , young girls in this case does not help

Tues is still weaker in this region but I expect a good jump once Trolls is out the way. Positively it has overtaken Trolls (Thu) so is probably relatively on par with the ATP diff.

 

Spot check of Wednesday was 125 tickets sold so 147% of Tues (previously 52 sold and 92.8%).

Just didn't have time to properly look at this till now.

 

TMNT comp is looking a bit too good because of burnt off demand with EA/sneaks as others have said, same with MI7 but to a lesser extent.

 

I am expecting this to end up similar to Creator, it has started slightly better but with Tues release the lower ATP will negate that advantage.
