2025 Box Office Predictions and Discussion

I've met no-one who thinks this.

I’m saying this based on most of the TWoW movie reactions on YT.

The main reason is that A2 has more emotional depth and characters you can rely with than the first.

My 2025 box office predictions (top ten):

1.     Avatar 3: $150m / $600m / $2.200m

2.     Zootopia 2: $150m / $600m / $1.600m

3.     Michael: $100m / $330m / $1.000m

4.     Jurassic World 4: $110m / $350m / $900m

5.     The Fantastic Four: $100m / $300m / $850m

6.  Snow White: $110m / $330m / $850m

7.     How to Train Your Dragon: $80m / $230m / $750m

8.     Mission Impossible 8: $85m / $250m / $740m

9.     Minecraft: $80m / $275m / $725m

10.     Superman: Legacy: $108m / $310m / $650m and    Lilo and Stich: $90m / $300m / $650m

It would change if Ressurection of the christ and Beyond the spiderverse are releasing in 2025.

I think Captain America and Thunderbolt will make less than 500m worldwide.

My wildcard is Karate Kid, i don't know how Cobra Kai will help this film. It could be a big hit and make 600-700m worldwide. And i don't know what is the potential for a Gabby's Dollhouse movie.

I wonder what this means for Angel Studios' DAVID now which is both an animated movie and a musical.

THE KING OF KINGS, another faith-based movie releases earlier in 2025.

It [DAVID] now has the same release date as WICKED II, which is also a musical.

ZOOTOPIA II, another animated movie, opens 5 days later.

I would imagine the demographics are different enough that it won’t be a big deal.
