Been a long time since I’ve seen such vibes after an MCU movie. Just great vibes over every social channel. People discussing multiple aspect they love, posting reacting from theaters and this movie have a lot of different stuff. Just a great vibe. Marvel will probably never have a weekend like this again with all the hype and joy.

In less of two years.

Hugh Jackman x RDJ will be something big.

Very strong Monday

If Tuesday increases , we need to talk about strong chance of 650m+

When was the last time R rated movie was #1 domestic?

It wasn’t Passion of the Christ. I have no idea.

2014 with AMERICAN SNIPER. Most of its gross was made in 2015, though, but yes, it was a 2014 release.

BAD BOYS FOR LIFE if we are including pandemic years.

Before these movies it's TERMINATOR: JUDGMENT DAY in 1991, PRETTY WOMAN in 1990 and BEVERLY HILLS COP in 1984.

sorry but D&W wont be #1 at domest box office, IO2 will finish at +$640, a number D&W cant reach. It would imply a 3 multi from OW wich even the first Deadpool (with a much lower opening) couldnt do

$650m is not happening, Monday hold was fine but nothing crazy

We are talking Ryan Reynolds here. Dude is one of the most clevers motherfuckers in Hollywood. The rest of the year at the box office is a graveyard other than Joker 2.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we get something crazy like Deadpool and Wolverine (Taylor’s Version) before the theatrical run is over. If anything, expecting a Deadpool film to pull off crazy ass stunts comes with the territory at this point.
