Aladdin total 9.84B yen as of Monday!

Impossible $90.8M with Monday? It came under just 15-17% from last weekends 6.5 Million which means it did around 5.1-5.3M weekend and add atleast 2.7M Monday. Thats about 91.5-92M Thru Monday

The main hurdle is " Weathering with you " ... movie will have wide release .. TS4 will loose many prime screens .. 2nd weekend will indicate the life time business of TS4

You are using the estimate. Actuals didn't land -30% these were only Corspe forecast. Something like 15-17% was it's final weekend

I think they're actals

Olive has posted the actuals. $ number has to come from Studio. Even Corpse gives only an estimate.

But Corpse always gives us the actuals for the whole top 10. The official reports give us details only for the no. 1 movie and the new releases that week. For example, they reported detailed numbers for TS4 and the new Pokemon movie, but only gave Aladdin's total as "over ¥9.8b", without giving us the exact number.

I actually think ¥9.8b+ is through Monday, because it looks too high for a total through Sunday. Also, they released the numbers on Tuesday, so if Aladdin had crossed ¥10b on Monday, they would have said it. But they didn't, so it hasn't happened yet.

So Olive is right. And that ¥491m IS actual number. It did drop around 30% on the 2-day weekend. Which means Corpse's forecast for Aladdin was really close to the actuals.

These were only weekend actuals without Monday involved 13-14th July.

"Aladdin" dropped to third place, but mobilized 350,000 people and raised 491 million yen in two days on weekends, cumulative mobilization reached 6.90 million people, and sales exceeded 98 billion yen. It is likely to top 10 billion yen this week.

https://eiga.com/ranking/

Monday is not included in that which actully means it came in as I was anticipating I was tracking the Japanese market for last 4 weeks

Corpse had it at -30 percent (forecast) and it was ending on 9.5B Y with that forecast but it came in way under -30% for the weekend something like 15-17% which is why it increased in the weekend. It had very little sunday drop to non-existing.

I don't think he included monday numbers. These were just weekend for Aladdin. With -30 it would have been at 9.52B Y for the weekend but it came over under that and monday had large increase? $2.7M thats a large amount

Dude, it literally said that Aladdin made ¥491m for the 2-day weekend, which means a 30% drop. Where did you get this 15-17%? With 30% drop, a ¥9.5b total as of Sunday makes more sense. Which means, Monday is included in that ¥9.8b total.

What the worse possible total for TS4? $ 90M?

I want $ 100M, didn’t care that much about passing TS3.

$100 M is definitely on cards ... but " Weathering with you" is coming this weekend  ..

huge PS as per Corpse + wide release .. so TS4 will loose many prime screens ... i think 2nd weekend numbers are very crucial ..

It dropped about -30 saturday and dropped below -5% Sunday but it was a large amount it sold in sunday which makes the procentage dropped smaller in average over the 2 weekend days thats how we end up at 9.8B

Sunday drop 15% in admissions, but TOHO had discount on that day, real drop will be bigger.
