chasmmi
Saw Gravity on Saturday afternoon in a full cinema, seemed to be reasonably well liked even though the opening 10 minutes did send my friend to sleep. Saw Thor tonight at 11:10pm on a Monday and there were about 15 of us in the theatre. Seemed to go down well though. The one big thing i did notice is that There is a sequel to Friend being released this month. Admittedly this is over 10 years after the original but that original was the biggest film in Korean history when it came out and this is arguably the biggest cinema sequel in Korean history (if its the same director etc, which it seems to be). This could be a serious thorn in Thor or HG2's side depending on when in November it comes out.

Keycard
The Korean Film Council website (linked to via daily numbers on page one) is astonishing. I don't think there's anything else quite like it. So much lovely detail and quite easy to navigate even if you don't know the language. I love the real-time pre-sale ticket page. Everyone should also take a moment to thank Olive for all his hard work bringing figures to us from across Asia. Props Olive.

But a big local movie is opening on the same day which already has big presales now.( Marriage Blue) I just searched up Marriage Blue. Wow, big known cast. And seems like a movie primarily target teens and young adults. That could hurt CF.
