Fake
I still don't see $150M gross..... let alone $200M. Sun - 170M Mon-Thurs - 200M (60-55-45-40) Fri-Sun - 150M (40-60-50) Mon-Thurs- 70M Fri-Sun - 60M So it will be at around 650M ($100M) after its 3rd Sunday. Then a lot of Hollywood movies will be opening, and it will add maybe 15M max. So $120M is what I think its heading for.

POTUS 2020
T5 on track for 55m today down 63%, not including MN FF7 dropped just 47% Monday. It did 10x more from its Monday number, $30m/326m +OD $64m to get to 390m Following that model if T5 can hold as well as F7 going forward begets in yen: 165m OD + 550m(10x today) remainder of the run, as a best case scenario. 715m total Im thinking 650m-700m, $102m-110m. 4.3-4.6 OD multiplier, not including MN MH bouncing back already from its first 50%+ drop yesterday. Will only drop 30% from yesterday, 45%w/o/w. TMK on track to hold down 35%, not phased by T5. It did keep the same % of showtimes yesterday and today which helped. MH lost 30% of it STs.
keysersoze123
Isn't it summer in china. So weekdays will be stronger but weekend increases are weaker. So hard to compare Furious 7 with TG.

POTUS 2020
Isn't it summer in china. So weekdays will be stronger but weekend increases are weaker. So hard to compare Furious 7 with TG. Good point. Actually shows how much more weaker T5 is. FF7 held 47% on a Monday workaday.. T5 having a larger drop on a summer Monday says something about FF7s strength. The drop wont be as bad as I thought. Looking to come in 65-70m. evening is very strong. may be down 53%. not bad after all.
jiangsen
Monday estimates for T5 are ¥67.3M/¥234M Total ($10.5M/$36.5M)...that's a 60% drop from OD including midnight screenings. Edited August 24, 2015 by jiangsen

POTUS 2020
T5 running at down 20% today and gaining. AOU dropped 26% its 3rd day, FF7 just 9%. Last night was really strong. A lot of adult working males must be attending. Could have a nice pop on the weekend like AOU had. So 10x day 2 + OD= 870m. If it gets the big weekend pop it could exceed that. MH and TMK still getting hit. Very few evening shows as there used to be. They held up amazingly well against dozens of local releases, some of them good, and Arnold is terminating them with a so-so domestic release. Who knew? They should hopefully hold better come the weekend or Arnold the manly man will have broken a lock or two
