Friends from HK said it was really good. This video interviewed moviegoers from the theater too.

 

I notice people from Singapore tend to hate mainland films though. They hated Mermaid too.

JTTW2 is definitely motoring along. If evenings are strong it could have a shot on breaking OD record. Buddies should have 200m+ yuan OD. KFY probably around 140-150m. Overall gross should be 800m+ yuan.

No Furious 7 with 391m yuan. But JTTW2 has slowed down in past 2 hours. It wont come close.

The trailers alone already deter me from wanting to see them even for free. The jokes in JTTW2 are just more than cringe-worthy and embarrassingly bad.

Gosh, Jackie Chan is at it... again.

Jacking up the midnight numbers for last night, again his freaking theater chain is reporting very irregular and high numbers.
What a fudge. The authorithies refuse to catch him over railroad tigers(because box office results from China was poor, they needed this fake boost too).

And this is encouraging Jackie Chan to continue his behaviour... lack of integrity. Fudging numbers again.

Kung Fu Yoga in India will be welcomed. And I am sure will be a bestseller in India and a good score
