If The Wandering Earth reaches Maoyan's projection, it will have surpassed the combined total of 2018's top 2 imported films (Infinity War and Aquaman).

It could also mean Wandering Earth > Endgame + Hubbs & Shaw.

Crazy Aliens BO will be 110% higher than TWE today.

CA's PS tomorrow is just 40% higher than TWE, Thursdays is 30% higher.

TWE could cross by Friday

I have no doubt that TWE will win CNY with a gross around 4-5 bn yuan

Wu Jing has understood a few things: to make a shitload of money, you better find something "original" (first "real" Chinese SF blockbuster, out at the right moment: a few weeks after China landed on the dark side of the moon, professionalism, if possible a good script adapted from a best seller and hugely important: SFX done by WETA).

I'd love to see him in a big kung fu comedy (like an 80's Jackie Chan movie only for today's Chinese audience...). He is a serious comic talent I'm pretty sure about it.

I hope The new king of comedy will kick ass too (big Stephen Chow fan, I love the first one).

WOM sucks for it, 2nd day drop will be over 50%, pretty ugly during CNY holiday
