Because the increase is so low, only 4%,..If all the fudge were taken out, it will be way uglier.

The Great Wall, 31.73M (+18.8%)

The Wasted Times 4.83M (-24.3%)

Hacksaw Ridge 3.24M (+110.3%)
Your Name 1.69M (+181.7%)

Moana 0.80M

Suddenly Seventeen 0.51M  

 

The Great Wall will probably have a 20% Saturday increase and the pre-sales for the two new releases are weaker than expected hence Hacksaw Ridge gets more showtimes (from 16.3K to 18.9K) and will earn 22M(+105%) or even more today.

The Great Wall will pass 1B yuan without much difficulty, Wanda will fully support it until R1 opens in 3 weeks.

Jackie Chan's movie looks very weak, and See You Tomorrow is 2D, so theaters will give priority to TGW.

TGW will keep good amount of showtimes next week, 30% + easily(The Wasted Times' WOM is poor, barely increases on Sat).

And only two low-profile wide-opening on New-year-day holiday weekend, which are set to flop.

More like mid 30's % increase from true friday for TGW. Looks like 164-168 mill

HR won't reach 22+. Looks around 21 ish. Still good

TGW looks like it will crack 170m today. Should easily crack 450m by sunday.

 

I think Olive said earlier thats its not. But i agree with numbers. 170 mill could happen. I may have been conservative with my numbers
