Anyway 82m OD would translate to 250-270m weekend and 600-650m total. Maybe it will hit 700m with stronger legs(doubtful). Just the logical number.

Yeah that figure seems more in keeping with grounded reality, the other figure is more in keeping with the presales.

so I'm reading pages back during the Apes release & the numbers seem to have been changing & adjusting  even after the reported OW (it was overestimated)

 

For now I decided to just stick with our original predictions

Big number person. That site claims it has currently sold 41,581,800 tickets, with a real time value of 147 million yuan... I think.

 

I recon it may be showing total tickets sold, including prebookings.

dont think 700m yuan will happen with a 81m OD, which should put the likely range at $100~110m. (I thought 700m should not be a problem ...)

It is still a good result but kind of falls short of general expectations.

The unusual high gewara presales already showed its a fanboys driving movie.
