The show end today &through out the three months run, for the first time it went below TOP 10. The cumulative total is ~5772.85M /$908.75M at C.E.R. (Approx.) It's was a wonderful run through out Mainland. Three Films was expected to pass Wolf Warrior 2 (¥5694M), namely DC3 (affected by rotten score), Hi Mom (Comedy film does not attracts legs) but TBALC managed to score high &passed all our expectations.

 

I don't know everyone time zones but I am still wishing you all a Happy New Year in advance 🎉☺️🥂 Just hoping for another pleasant Year!!!!

LFP policy ends 4-weeks after Spring Festival. So, the earliest release date for a Hollywood release will be Late March 2022. NWH should arrive a little earlier, if LFP ends on the month of February. But, restrictions are never lifted in favor of Hollywood, so, I do not expect a release date immediately after the end of the Spring Festival.

Domestically, most people have predictions about what will be the top 5 biggest films of 2022 already. 

What do most people think will be the 5 biggest in China in 2022, and how much do you think they'll make?

Not likely but who knows. Encanto did $840K in Hong Kong. Soul did $4M. In China, Soul did $57M. 
 

Obviously you can’t make direct comparisons but I’d hope for Y150M and if it does better than that it’s a bonus.

¥200M is a reasonable success. I can not see more than that.

yeah there are usually correlations in these markets along with South Korea and Japan.
