I would prefer update in Yuan rather than $ as XR reported by studios cannot be predicted. its not as simple as the spot XR for the day. Studios tend to hedge their bets and so reported number will be different from one we will calculate. That is why local number is better and Luis probably pulls his number from Entgroup.

Yes both have wrong numbers, there is a guy on Twitter who have the good numbers but forgot his name

Why use US$ when there are lots of sites reliable in lc. Also, Local Currency keeps comparison fair. (We can't compare numbers in US$ before a film release in 2015/17 or any year doesn't have fix US$ all the time. ER isn't same at all years)

We get studio numbers in $ every week. That happens on Sunday. Disney has not been good at updating its International grosses.
