I'm glad with Anderson and Eccentric win. I'm shocked to lose doc and to have the lowest score for The Affair in editing is appalling. At least Hindenburg secured two tech awards, so I didn't go home empty handed.

You lost doc to 4Chan? Probably should've. 4Chan was the best fun I've ever had writing something :D

Something happened this year that only happened twice in history-the biggest winner was not nominated. The 2 movies were "The Bad and the Beautiful" which won 5 Oscars, the most ever for a film not nominated for picture and "Thief of Bagdad" with 4. Not including ties with a nominee of course.

Nice to see Empty Hearth sweeping the acting categories, kinda surprised Tommy Lee Jones didn't get Supporting though. Though I keep wondering if it would've won BP had it been nominated. Would've definitely been close though. Regardless it was a brilliant haul for me, so I'm ecstatic. :D
