Please vote for whichever animated film you feel is better.This is the last tie breaker. This tie breaker is for the 25th spot on the list. The Fantastic Mr. Fox just missed out on my list, so that.There were no ties until the last ballot. The last ballot was the one that created the 3 ties. Until the last ballot, Shrek 2 wasn't going to have the chance to make the list and Fantasia was going to miss the list enitrely.
