Loved it. Out of the thirty two 2019 releases I watched this was my favorite. Interestingly enough my favorite 2018 release was also a WW1 movie.

Do Chinese people complain that Wandering Earth made over 95% of its total revenue in China? It's almost as if the United states has a different history and unique cultural baggage compared to other countries, and the hollywood blockbusters that make more than 50% overseas are the exceptions, while the ones that make half or less OS are really doing just fine.

20-21 would have been my guess so 22 is very solid if it ends up there. 14-15 Sunday, 10-11 Monday, 68+ looks good with a shot at low 70s.

I'd say the over/under is closer to 150 than 250.

2nd weekend drop for American sniper was almost as amazing as ow, 89.3 to 64.6, less than a 30% drop despite opening on a holiday weekend.

I was thinking yesterday Ep9 worldwide under Ep7 domestic was too much of a reach for a club, but with the way the curve is bending down it might look plausible in a few days.

With a drop today I could see a bit of a bump tomorrow, maybe 28? But it might stay flat like most assume. 525 seems like a reasonable target at this point.

Same weekend as TFA, so theoretically they could each do $62m that weekend (x4=248😏). Probably more like 15-30 each.

Yeah 5-6 would be plenty good. Wolf of Wall Street did 9m opening day and through Sunday the 5th had made 63m and 116 total dom. Same ratios with a 6m OD is 42 and 75m. And I suspect little women is less OD loaded.
