Elizabeth Moss is amazing.I love everything about Hill House, which included Cohen, who was phenomenal and that trailer is great.I didn't even knew this was coming out and now I'm super stoked.

I want to note that, this year I only tracked the presales for Joker and Endgame.There was no indication that this would happen.In fact, Joker didn’t have 1/1000 of the presales Endgame had, which also had far more showings.If anything this had the attention from the Joker and comic book fans in its first week but from then on it just turned to a word of mouth beast.It’s rare and I think the market won’t see another film like this for a long time.

Her work in S8 even with the shit that she was given was phenomenal.Ans Emilia was good thought out.I will agree about the rest...

I think with Clarke we are looking at an Emma Watson type situation. Emma Watson always used to be the most popular among her young HP cast mates and when HP finished she tried to do some indie stuff that she felt passionate about.And while some of them were great and some of them...not so much, Watson still had to go back to a known IP to find her next big success (B&TB).IMO, Clarke is the most beloved actor to come out of GOT but if her desire to do indies won’t go anywhere, and I hate to say this, she will eventually need to resort to one of these huge franchises. Whether Marvel,DC,SW or you name it I think these franchises will always have a place for an actress with Emilia’s following.Thank god, she actually has the acting chops to pull anything off.

The reviews actually don’t read like 48% RT bad.And Emilia gets praise even from the rotten reviews..girl deserved better...but we already know that, don’t we?

For what is worth, it doesn’t seem to me that they have learnt.M6 main issue with FB2 is that it’s an overstuffed movie and spend screen time to characters that literally give nothing to the movie.I don’t give a shit about Jacob’s love life.Leta is a fucking great character but why the fuck to we have to sit through the entire Corvus storyline if ultimately gets nowhere.And what does everything has to do with the Dumbledore/Grindewald showdown?Hell we all know that the film leads to their battle so even Newt seems unnecessary. Right now of all the new characters only Credence KINDA seems that has a connection to the main storyline.

Yeah i’ve Heard some nice stuff as well.But the marketing seems non- existent.

So basically if you want your movie to succeed in UK have a murderous Joaquin Phoenix...

I hope so.I love Emilia and I think she can be a great actress if they give her a chance.

Having sold more than 750.000 admissions in Greece, Joker has now entered the all time top 5 in the country.It will probably stay there but there is still a chance it will reach 1M admissions and it's especially great considering that ahead of it are some local classics and Titanic, which sits pretty at the top with 2M admissions.

At this rate the question should be if it will cross the mark before or after Frozen 2.

Actually I have seen some good notices from the recent screenings.Almost every reaction praises the third act, which I guess everyone has predicted by now.

Still actually good horror film, like Ready or Not, could have actually benefited from the lack of competition and Halloween approaching.From then on the wom would do the rest until Doctor Sleep.

WB and A24 have not only revived the horror genre but brought it to whole new levels!!

Flanagan is quickly becoming one of my favorite filmmakers.Hill House was perfect in my book.Thisnlooks promising.I can't wait for Bly Manor and whatever he does next.

IMO, Joker will make it to the Billie.By Thursday is at 785.5 considering a 16.5M weekend DOM (imo it makes more) It will be at 802M.It just had a 78M weekend internationally so i can't see Joker , baring in mind the holds it has on weekdays, it should pass 850M ( I still think it will be closer to 860M.Rest of the domestic run should get it close at 900M...It needs 100M from the rest of the world.

Maybe I’m reading this wrong but I don’t think Watson is getting bad notices.The one who said that “she tried” only mentioned 3 actors so I guess that’s good.There was 2 reactions that said that cast is great across the board, which includes Watson and then there are the reactions that don’t mention her at all...by any means that doesn’t mean she is getting bad reviews.Is just that the other two actresses did a better job (which was expected honestly). Edit: Did you guys read the comments afterwards?He says that she is solid but her role isn’t big enough.He even sort of praises her accent which, aside from Bling Ring, is awful.

Hopefully they will use some of this excitement to a more complex story.

Imo the recent events in Greece will only help the movie.Now the country’s entire attention is on Joker.Political parties are at war over what happened, it’s the main topic on local news s, most discussed topic in social media and now even celebrities are coming out to express their beliefs (all of them have called the film a masterpiece).
