It’s been confirmed (via a Prod Weekly listing) that Forest Whitaker, Cate Blanchett, Jon Voight, Zendaya, Michelle Pfeiffer, Jessica Lange, and James Caan will all star in Francis Ford Coppola’s “Megalopolis.” Filming will take place September 12 - February 1 in New York. That’s a whopping 6 months of shooting. Coppola isn’t messing around with his long-gestating passion project. This is said to be an epic film and production will be just as epic. I lost my fucking mind from how awful Tom Burke was. Still haven't fully recovered.

My (admittedly hazy) memory is that the tide turned pretty definitively in the movie's favor after they finally released that killer full trailer in late October.

What I would submit right now before any rewatches/catch-up. Unranked for now other than best picture but I put my #1 picks in bold. FYC, especially the international feature lineup in which all six movies are in my top 10 for the year.

Also I assumed we'd all agree that best voice performance is locked up already.
