    Seeing this on Saturday while everyone else goes shopping. I'm having mixed feelings going in but ultimately I'm curious and genuinely looking forward to checking it out.

    I see commericals on TV for this movie regularly. More than any other movie at the moment. Marketing seems okay on this end. Everyone I know seems to feel this is one of the must-see holday movies of the year.

    Oh it will out-open Arctic Dogs. Not even $3M this weekend for that. I think there's just enough family appeal with this one to get to $10M. Maybe I'm overestimating though.

    Don't hate, I know this looks horrible, but I can't help but giggle at the trailer. I love silly movies like this. They're my guilty pleasure.

    This kind of stuff drives me absolutely batty! Like, is it a glitch/typo/mistake or is actual real information that just went undocumented after all this time? BOM was so reliable for me and now I don't know if I can trust it at all. It's the worst feeling.

    Seeing this on Sunday the 10th. Usually these kind of movies aren't for me but A) this evening won't be about me and B ) I like the cast in this, which can make the difference for me when it comes to this genre.

    Looks like most people are going this route. WB released this in a very small amount of theatres (by their standards) for a good reason, it looks like. Anyone else?

    It looks entertaining enough, but that's about it. Despite the history behind the franchise, it doesn't come off as anything close to an event and the box office is showing that. People just aren't going for it.

    Yeah, kind of an odd release date for it. Maybe they feel Easter weekend will be a lucrative opening weekend for it and are planning to release it then (April 15).

    Looks like Terminator: Dark Fate could play out almost exactly the same as Bohemian Rhapsody on this very same weekend last year. BR did 13.1x its previews ($3.9M) for a $51,061,119 weekend on November 2-4. The same multi for T: DF's $2.35M preview number gives $30,767,597, which sounds about right.

    If Joker follows the pattern of Gravity 6 years ago, we could see as much as $14.5M this weekend. We'll see....
