ugh. Seriously? LOL that doesn't sound too good.

I thought his answer was about himself, not about BO at first  Turn out it is about BO after all  -_-

sunday looking like

FF6 26-27.2m,Stid 12.5-13,THO3 12-12.5,Epic 10,IM3 6.4,TGG 4.5

Everything came under BOM estimates  :(

Still good though, hope that West Coast deliver and pump things up.

Damn, what happened?

Maybe BOM estimates are just generous. Out of all those numbers Rth posted, IM3 and TGG come closest to BOM numbers, while  Trek and the 3 openers seems to be off quite a bit.

For reference, here are studios' estimates for Sunday

FF6: 28.8

STiD: 13.58

THO3: 13.2

Epic: 11.48

IM3: 6.8

TGG: 4.6

If Trek can hit the high end of Rth range, it's not that far away from estimates.

Think this is just a case of the official estimated holds being too high for Fast Six and that there's really nothing "wrong" with the Sunday hold if it plays out that way.

Expecting the combined SUN/MON hold of Fast Six to be significantly stronger than the SUN/MON Memorial Day weekend hold of Fast Five (in its fifth weekend of release no less) seemed like a stretch to me.

Also, BOM's daily # for Sunday was technically off from what Universal was estimating, because Universal bumped Friday up to $38.7 million, so their Sunday estimate was $28.3 million.

For comparison, Fast Five in its fifth weekend pulled a SUN+MON / SAT ratio of 1.49 to 1.  Universal's Sunday morning breakdown for Fast Six would place the ratio at 1.65 to 1.
