Um it was actually good and then the final battle was fun.

 

However this very much like Pirates 3 and X-Men 3... You have great action but the way the story was handled was just like whyyyy?

Some very poor writing choices really reduced this film.

Unlike TA you have far less likable characters and less funny moments. 

 

Anyways I find it strange in about a year we had 3 mega hit film have climatic city scale battles.

TF3, TDKR and TA.

The action in part 2 and 3 is way bigger and such but gets a tad overwhelming...

 

In comparison I have seen the battle scene in TF1 a dozen times and still find a thrill.

Its interesting that action simply isn't great but just having more explosions.

 

It needs a purpose.

Watched it again, actually watched all three this weekend. Still breathtaking.  The base jumping scene isn't as good on regular TV as it is in IMAX 3D but it's still quite exhilarating to see.  I think Transformers is one of my favourite franchises of films.

I said this before and will say it again. TF3 is much better movie to me compared to TA.

I love this film, especially how it takes place in Chicago for part of the film! And I love how Megatron destroys the Lincoln Memorial. ( the worst president).Also, great graphics!

This was such a cheesefest. I saw it at midnight in 3D and kept falling asleep. I especially loathed the soft rock scene transitions. Basically more Shit to go with rotf, though not as bad.C-

I think the collapsing building scene along with the sky-dive was one of the best action scenes ever put to film and nothing in Avengers nor MOS compared to it.

 

Now before people get on the defensive, I'm not saying it's a better film.

 

Anyone remember this?

this movie is good. It has great epic action and a good villain and it tones down the humor of the first two movies.  I definitely like this movie far more than movies like Spider-Man 3 and Iron Man 3 which are higher rated by critics.

I think the movie works quite well untill the Action Scene at the end.

 

The action scenes in the rest of the film are quite nice.

 

Its just the end goes on for too long in the end and the critical scene of Setenial Prime and Optimus was way to short.

 

Should have less city destruction and more of an epic showdowbn
