Walt Disney
The voting is now closed for the best movie for every year from 1930- 2012 and all of the ballots have been counted. However, there are some ties. We need your help in breaking these ties. So every morning I will post a year where there is a tie. The voting will last for at least 72 hours from when the tie-breaker is first posted. Therefore, check back every few days so that you don’t miss voting for any tie-breakers. Anyone can vote in this tie-breaker, whether you voted in the original vote or you did not. All you have to do is pick the 1 movie among the choices below that you think deserves to win for the year. I will count all the votes and that will determine which one wins the tie-breaker. In the case of a tie in the tie-breaker, I will subtract my own vote to decide who wins the tie-breaker. Today's tie-breaker is for the year 1967. Please vote for which one of the following films you believe is the best: 1. The Graduate 2. The Jungle Book

mahnamahna
In what planet is The Jungle Book better than The Graduate, Cool Hand Luke or Bonnie and Clyde?! I vote for The Graduate out of pure principle... and the fact that Jungle Book is probably the most overrated in Disney canon since it made the 1001 movies list while Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Bambi, 101 Dalmatians, Tangled, Lady and the Tramp, Peter Pan, Cinderella, and Sleeping Beauty did not

Also, adjusted for inflation, did you know Jungle Book is the 30st best selling film?
Jack Nevada
I love Jungle Book but I'm baffled by its status as one of Disney's crowning achevements

Dementeleus
Seriously? A second- or third-tier Disney animation is gonna beat one of the more influential movies of the late 60s? And no, I don't even like THE JUNGLE BOOK. It's the beginning of crappy Disney that didn't change until the '90s. Give me Kipling's original any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
Dark 33Legend of the Sith
Sorry, but The Jungle Book is an awesome movie. Aside from the Aristocats, the subpar Disney movies didn't start till the late 70's IMO. I never latched on to the greatness of The Graduate. Dementeleus
THE JUNGLE BOOK is awful. Lousy, cheap animation and a complete bastardization of the original material, the type of shit you couldn't do today without total outrage. Just because y'all watched it a billion times while eating Play-Doh doesn't make it good.
