The start to some of these movies may look soft but the top 12 this weekend is up considerably over the top 12 from last year on the same weekend.  So there's just more movies doing better instead of a few doing gangbusters.

It's an exceptional film.

MONSTERS, INC is an exceptional film. MU isn't bad at all, but it's a very unexceptional Pixar entry.
