According Spanish thread, Apes has opened to 4.6 million $, just 400k down from first part. Considering the shameful condition of box office here, I think it is a great number.

Domestic:  $172,089,000  48.6% + Foreign:  $181,900,000  51.4% = Worldwide:  $353,989,000  

 

That's up $73m foreign versus last week. Not bad although the staggered release schedule makes it harder to get a grip on how it will wind up. France, Germany, Italy still to come.

Just to compare with Rise's numbers at the same point (BOM figures). The comparison between both movies at this point (in the markets that we have both figures) is:

 

Rise: 99.17 million

Dawn: 165.18 million

 

It is a 66.66% better, what would mean 500 million OS. Dawn will not have the same legs than Rise, but still it should be enough to get a very good increase.
